WHO IS THE COURSE FOR

This course is intended for learners who are working in a nuclear related industry, and will provide them with the underpinning knowledge of nuclear safety behaviours on site. It is a one-day or two-day programme, covering why nuclear is special, nuclear disasters, waste transportation, safety culture, and safety messages. It can also be adapted to suit those who may be looking to enter the nuclerar industry or even changed to suit any industry.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

There are no prerequisites to achieve this course.

WHAT ARE THE ASSESSMENT METHODS

All candidates will receive a College attendance certificate listing the contents of the course.

HOW LONG IS THE COURSE

The two-day course is suitable for on-site management teams, and the one-day course for support workers. The course can take place at the National College for Nuclear (NCfN) Southern Hub in Cannington, Somerset, or at your premises. It comprises classroom delivery with interactive discussions and practical scenarios.
